1. The project management company is responsible for preparing Standard Manual for Environmental Facility Maintenance of Auto 4S Sales and Service Networks to ensure that facility maintenance and inspection items are implemented successfully.

2. Maintenance and inspection items of signage image facilities: company badges and characters of “XX Auto”, company badge tablet, company tablet, single-pole flags, lamp box guideboard, auto flags, comprehensive direction indication board and parking indication board are required to have complete characters, be fixed well and clean and tidy, be free from damages, corrosion, deformation, fading or shedding and have lighting equipments under normal operation according to the requirements of Standard Manual for Environmental Facility Maintenance of Auto 4S Sales and Service Networks.

3. Maintenance and inspection items of outdoor image facilities: exterior walls, aluminum alloy plates, aluminum plastic plates and glass walls are required to have lighting equipments under normal operation, be clean, tidy and transparent, be free from damages, corrosion or deformation and be fixed well according to the requirements of Standard Manual for Environmental Facility Maintenance of Auto 4S Sales and Service Networks.

4. Maintenance and inspection items of indoor exhibition facilities: product introduction board, data shelves, reception desk, glass display cabinets, poster stands, department shingles, desktop nameplates, content veneers of enterprise culture wall, logo wall in reception area, background wall boards of autos, indoor auto marks, vertical auto signboards and arc separationbackboards of auto brand are required to have complete characters, be fixed well and clean and tidy, be free from damages, corrosion or deformation, be placed in correct and distinct areas that conveys information accurately and be without the data of other brands according to the requirements of Standard Manual for Environmental Facility Maintenance of Auto 4S Sales and Service Networks.

5. Maintenance and inspection items of indoor image facilities: floor, wall, ceiling, electric wires and lighting equipments in exhibition halls and floor, wall, ceiling, floor coatings, working position lines, electric wires and lighting equipments in maintenance rooms are required to be free from damages, fading or shedding, make lighting equipments under normal operation and keep wall surface clean and tidy according to the requirements of Standard Manual for Environmental Facility Maintenance of Auto 4S Sales and Service Networks.

6.
